⚠️ Payment Policy
To process and ship your order, full payment must be made in advance via InstaPay. Orders will only be shipped after the payment is confirmed.
For your convenience, you may inspect your order upon delivery.
✔️ Please make sure to check the size, appearance, and condition of the product while the delivery courier is present.
✔️ If there is any issue with the product, you may return it to the courier for an exchange with another item, with shipping fees applied.

• In case of a return, the shipping fees will be deducted. The refund will be sent via (InstaPay) after the returned package arrives at our warehouse and is confirmed to be in its original condition.
• No exchange or return is allowed after the delivery courier leaves.
• Exchange or return requests are not accepted once the delivery process is completed.
• Exchanges are only available at the time of delivery if the product is damaged or if there is a size mismatch.

لإتمام وشحن طلبك، يجب سداد قيمة الطلب بالكامل + خدمه الشحن مسبقًا عن طريق انستا باي ، ولن يتم شحن الطلب إلا بعد تأكيد استلام الدفع
لراحتك، يمكنك معاينة طلبك عند الاستلام.
✔️ يُرجى التأكد من المقاس، الشكل، وحالة المنتج أثناء وجود مندوب التوصيل.
✔️ في حال وجود أي مشكلة بالمنتج، يمكنك إرجاعه للمندوب واستبداله بمنتج آخر مع تطبيق رسوم الشحن.

في حاله الاسترجاع ,سيتم خصم الشحن و استرجاع المبلغ بعد وصول الشحنه للمخزن بحالتها الاصليه عن طريق انستاباي
لا يمكن الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع بعد مغادرة مندوب التوصيل
لا تُقبل طلبات الاستبدال بعد اكتمال عملية التسليم
الاستبدال متاح فقط وقت الاستلام في حال وجود تلف بالمنتج او تغير في المقاس
